She was loved and cherished by many people including: her brother Robert "Bob" Utter; her parents, Charles Utter and Joyce Utter (LeCount); and her sister Nancy Henry (Mark S. Zimmerman).
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home (15 Park St, Owego, NY 13827). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
