She was predeceased by: her husband L. Ben Phillips; and her grandson Daniel Hall. She is survived by: her sister Cheryl; her brother-in-law Jim Young; her daughter Cherlynn; her son-in-law Mark Milicic; her children, Eugene Phillips and Vicki Lynn Hall; and her grandchildren, Derek, Kyle Mantei, Landon, Lindsey Toolan and Jocelyn Kline (Ryan). She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
