He is survived by: his wife Joyce Moses Neira; his children, Louis, Mandy Neira, Rob Neira, Nicole and Willie Worthing; his grandchildren, Laurel, Logan, Cameron Neira, Jack Symons, Jamie, Chris Bercaw, John, Brady Worthing and Addyson Neira; his brothers, Arthur Neira (Lyn), Richmond Va and David Neira (Leslie); his siblings-in-law, Bev Dimick (Jeff), Linda Kert and Ralph Moses (Theresa); and his friends, Sandy, Lynne Simmons and Joyce Miller.
