It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Waters (Owego, New York), who passed away on November 1, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Babuka and Ramona Babuka. She is survived by: her husband Paul Waters; her children, Chad Waters (Bernadette) and Summer Waters; her grandchildren, Owen and Emily Waters; and her siblings, Bonnie Stanton (Walt), Mike Babuka, Dan Babuka, Pam Gibson (Mike) and Jeff Babuka.
