We are sad to announce that on February 16, 2021, Kenneth Paul Dutting of Owego, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Linda Dutting and Roger Dutting; his girlfriend Annette Wallace of Owego, NY; his girlfriend's daughters, Tina and Harriette Hoyt; his mother-in-law Willma; his daughter Gabrielle Dutting; and his siblings, Bob and Jen. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to The Independence fund.
