He was predeceased by: his wife Rosemary Morden; and his sister Dorothy Warwick. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Susan and Jack; his children, David, Thomas, Donald, Daniel, Stephen, Carol and Anita; and his sister Ethel. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
