He is survived by: his parents, Edward Kiluk and Florence Kiluk of Johnson City; his girlfriend Jennifer Morris Hanford; his siblings, Kathy Phillips, Michael Kiluk, Debra Westgate, Jennifer Giammarino and Brian Kiluk; and his parents-in-law, Robert Phillips, Jennifer Kiluk, Derek Westgate, Sabrina Kiluk and Dana Wells. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
