He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Betty J. D'Arcy; and his children, Sean D'Arcy (Julie), Eric D'Arcy (Tracey), Mark D'Arcy (Connie) and Julie Croce (Corby). He was also cherished by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:45 PM at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home (15 Park St, Owego, NY 13827). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
