He was predeceased by: his parents, Kermit Johnson and Vivilene Johnson; his sister Carol Andrews; and his granddaughter Angelina Dizer. He is survived by: his wife Linda Johnson; his children, Timothy (Becky Johnson), Andrew Johnson and Dina; his son-in-law William Dizer; his grandchildren, Amber, Brittany, Anthony, Dominic, Sylvia, Natalie, Sarah, Joseph, Benjamin and William; his great grandchildren, Abigail, Sophia, Noah and Sawyer; his brother Dale; his sister-in-law Sheila Johnson; and his sister Judy Rice. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
