He is survived by: his children, Chris, Jason, Jay and Katrina; his siblings, Daniel (Janet Truesdail), Debra (Robert Wells), Dusti (Roger Sheldon) and Dallas Campbell; and his brother-in-law Bob Jordan. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
