Charles Sibley Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Sibley of Owego, New York, who passed away on August 24, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Charles Sibley to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Birchard Sibley and Bernice Sibley (Hooker); and his siblings, Dawn Knox, Michelene Nixon, Birchard Sibley, Jr. and Alfred "Butch" Sibley.
He is survived by: his brothers, Stanley (Palma Sibley), Lee (Heidi Sibley) and Jeffrey (Linda Sibley). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, coaches, players and close friends.
