He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Jacobs; and his son Tommy Brown, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Rita Jacobs; his children, Kristen (Jason Jacobs-Patterson), Courtney Jacobs, Qiana Haley, James (Melissa Brown), Eric (Justin Horton) and Joshua Brown (Season Smith); his father Charles J. Jacobs; his brothers, Chris (Jen Jacobs), Carlos Jacobs, Clinton (Lucy Jacobs), Curtis (SueEllen Jacobs) and Ronald "Drew" (Cece Drew); and his brother-in-law Fred Greenwood. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
