He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Delaney and Anna Grant Delaney; his daughter Cathy Delaney; and his siblings, Robert Delaney, Ann Weatherstone (Bill) and Donald Delaney (Mary Jane).

He is survived by: his wife Gloria Strapach Delaney; his children, Karen Miller (Mike) and William Delaney (Carol); his grandchildren, Kelly, Marissa and Kara; and his great grandchild Hunter. He is also survived by several nieces nephews and many friends.
