It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Lee Kelly of Owasco, New York, born in Auburn, New York, who passed away on September 9, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Walters and Theresa Walters (Hutchins). She is survived by: her husband Gerald Kelly Jr.; her children, Tammy Stidham (Jefferson Scott) and Todd Kelly (Kimberly); her sisters, Judy Parker and Margaret Zoppy; her grandson Bradyn Kelly; and her grandpups, Dutch, Graham and Kaiden. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
