He is survived by: his wife Georgia Hale (Switzer) of Owasco; his brother David Howe of Maryland; his daughters, Virginia Hale O'Neill (John O'Neill) of Cranston, R. I. and Cindy Hale Morreale (Joe Morreale) of Charlotte, N. C.; and his grandchildren, Shannon O'Neill, Jonathan Morreale, Alexander O'Neill and Haley Morreale.
