She was predeceased by: her husband Jay D Mason; and her siblings, Robert Rumpf (Rita), Donald Rumpf, Joan Weins (Robert), Kenny Rumpf (Clara) and Dicky Rumpf.
She is survived by: her children, Jackie Southard (Mike), Dana Mason, Wayne Mason (Angela Criazzo), Gary Mason (Theresa) and Kristin Belz (Ron Dean); her grandchildren, Ryan Southard, Scott Southard (Laura), Christopher Mason (Amy Bolognino), Tate Mason (Nicholas Johnston), Sarah Belz and Tyler Mason; and her sister Marilyn Hopkins (Edwin).
In lieu of flowers, those wishing to honor Norma may make donations to Owasco Fire Department, Hospice of the Finger Lakes, or Sacred Heart Church.
