He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mizro and Florence Cuykendall Mizro; his siblings, Donald Mizro, Larry Mizro and Shirley Armstrong; his brother-in-law Tom Sayles; and his nephew Michael Sayles.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Hawker Mizro; his children, Jodi Murphy (Mike), Kelley Peralta (Julius) and David Jr. (Meghan) of Auburn; his grandchildren, Taylor, Marissa, Julius, J'Anne, Zach and Carter; his great grandchildren, Blakely, Nyella and Parker; his brother Bruce (Linda); his sisters-in-law, Beverly Sayles and Cindy Mizro; and his nieces and nephews, Lori, Shannon, John, Jimmy, Tina, Caren, Greg and Laurie.
