He was predeceased by: his wife Fran; his son William; and his brothers, Terrence J. Bouley and William E. Bouley Jr. The (Al's). He is survived by: his children, Chris Anne Shutter-Moran, Mary Ellen Moochler (Barry), Charles A. Bouley Jr. (Jessica), Cynthia Bouley-Dempsey, Timothy P. Bouley and Daniel D. Bouley; and his brother James K. Bouley (Betsy). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Al was a very generous man in helping many local and national agencies and the family would appreciate any donations that may be made in his memory to the Owasco Fire Department, a local veteran's agency or a charity of your choice.
