He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Quinn and Helen Quinn (Huff); his wife Martha Quinn; his daughter Cynthia Quinn; and his mother-in-law Louise Stout.
He is survived by: his son Richard "Rick" Quinn of Ovid; his sister Dorothy Orme Scaggs of Lodi; and his nieces, Priscilla Cole and Jannaya Scott.
