He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Blanche and Helen Blanche (Ward); his wife Pam Law of Lodi; his son Joseph James; and his sister Jane Shepherd.
He is survived by: his children, Brenda VanEtten (Jeffery) of Watkins Glen, Jamie Blanche of Ovid, Mark Blanche (Amanda) of Penn Yan and Ashley Blanche (Damon) of Waterloo; his grandchildren, Ava Barber, Skylar Howard, Emily, Alyssa, Toni Vangalio, Mathew Moore, Savannah, Anabelle, Mattie Blanche and Carter Nielsen; and his sister Kathy Landschoot (Michael) of Amelia, VA..
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Covert Funeral Home (7199 Main St, Ovid, NY 14521). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
