She is survived by: her parents, George Putnam and Mae Putnam; her sons, Wayne Sincebaugh (Sue) and Jim Sincebaugh; her daughter-in-law Connie Sincebaugh; her grandchildren, Jessica Jones (Stephen), Eric Sincebaugh (Jill), James Sincebaugh (Mariah Marienfeld), Scott Sincebaugh (Ryan) and Mark Sincebaugh (Kelly); and her great grandchildren, Salan, Eli, Grace Anne, Wyatt, Joanna Jones, McKenzie Sincebaugh, Ben, Landon and Greysen Sincebaugh.
