He was predeceased by: his siblings, Robert Hunter and Mary Emma Hunter. He is survived by: his wife Mary E. "Bettsey" Mann; his son Michael Hunter (Debra) of Cuddebackville, N. Y; his brother Richard Hunter of Campbell Hall, N. Y; his grandchildren, Jesse, Justin and Mallory Hunter; and his great grandchildren, Damien, Jailyn, Preston and Wesley.
