He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Parenti and Mary Parenti of Bensonhurst; his siblings, Richard and Theresa; and his niece Marie (Barbara).

He is survived by: his sons, Nick, Mike and Charlie. He is also survived by the many nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
