He was predeceased by: his parents, John B. Cote and Marguerite Bushey Cote. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Cote; his children, Gina Mielke (Gerald) of Otisville, N. Y, Cheri Rembe (Joseph) of Phillipsport, N. Y. and John Cote Jr. (Christina) of Otisville, N. Y.; his sisters, Jacqueline Amodeo (Peter) of Medford Lakes, N. J. and Kathleen Sheehy (William) of Setauket, N. Y.; his grandchildren, Robert Radivoy, Thomas Radivoy, Danielle Radivoy, Michael Mielke, Brandon Rembe, James Rembe, Jaelynn Cote, Jaxon Cote, Caleb Cote and Charlie Cote; and his great grandchild Mackenzie Radivoy.
