He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Budd and Josephine Budd; his daughter Jo-Ann Barile; and his siblings, Charles Budd, Vera Budd, Louise Franck, Edna Sweeney, Norman Budd and Frances Mann.
He is survived by: his wife Hazel Budd; his children, Tamara L. Burch of Otisville, Verna A. Brigman Baran (George) of Goshen, NY and Darrell F. Budd of Otisville; his grandchildren, Sean, Kara, Ronald, Allison, Andrea and Brandon; his great grandchildren, Tanner, Autumn, Michael, Ronald, Chloe, Ashlyn, Cayleigh, Beau and Rhett; and his siblings, Jean Roosa of Otisville, Robert Budd, Joan Stratton and Marjorie Lertora of King. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
