She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert M. Horton and Alta Smith Horton; her husband Hugh F. Budd; her daughter Jo-Ann Barile; and her siblings, Robert Horton and Gladys Horton.
She is survived by: her children, Tamara L. Burch of Otisville, Verna A. Brigman Baran (George) of Goshen, NY and Darrell F. Budd of Otisville; her grandchildren, Sean, Kara, Ronald, Allison, Andrea and Brandon; her great grandchildren, Tanner, Autumn, Michael, Ronald, Chloe, Ashlyn, Cayleigh, Beau and Rhett; and her sister Mildred House of Alamogordo, NM. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
