He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis L. Lempka Sr. and Catherine Heter Lempka; his wife Sabina Daios Lempka; and his siblings, Conrad, Stanley, Leonard, Clarence, Richard, Frank Lempka, Martha Bigert, Janet Slesinski, Marie Bleser, Eileen Ohap, Katherine "Cassie" Slesinski and Lucy Schanck.
He is survived by: his daughter Selena Fischer (Frank); his granddaughter Lauren Fitzgerald (Patrick); his great grandchild Patrick Francis Fitzgerald; his sister Carole Slover; and his sister-in-law Clara Daios. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
