He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Wilbur and Bernice Wilbur; his daughter Kristy Wilbur; his wife Sara; his stepchildren, Su Hyun Kim and Shin Woong Kim; and his sister Carolyn Moore (Michael). He was also cherished by five grandchildren.

Memorial Contributions be made to the Orange Regional Medical Center in Charles' name.
