He is survived by: his wife Linda Falk of Otego, NY; his children, Jennifer O'Hara [Michael Figler], Joseph Falk, Kathleen [Burnett] Zeh and Jeffrey [Catherine] Falk; his granddaughters, Isabella and Sophia Zeh; his mother Joan Falk; and his sisters, Donna [Richard] Burkowicz, Beth [John] Meagher and Nancy [Robert] McQueen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
