We are sad to announce that on July 20, 2023, at the age of 88, Stephen V. Baldwin of Otego, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Marthe Guillon Baldwin and Joseph C. Baldwin; his significant other Eric; and his siblings, Joseph C Baldwin, Fanny Adams and Jeanne Buell. He is also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews as well as many loving friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations are asked to be made to Helios Care.
