He was predeceased by: his sister Alma Millen. He is survived by: his wife Ethelyn Ottzen (Whiteman); his children, Peter C. Ottzen II, Marie Lockburner (Mark) and George Ottzen; his granddaughters, Elizabeth Youngs (Jeremy), Jennifer Herrera (Ben) and Sarah Lopez (Jay); his great grandchildren, Alexis, Molly, David and Lucas; and his brother Lonnie Ottzen (Beverly). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
