He is survived by: his pet Scooter; and his children, Alexis Puylara (Landon Cullipher) of Otego, Kerry Ann Puylara of Otego, Erika Puylara of Florida, Dan Puylara of Florida and Brooke Puylara-Davidson of Florida.
