With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James S. Komenda Sr. of Otego, New York, who passed away on August 25, 2021 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walter Komenda and Mary Komenda (Stewart); his nephew Brian Komenda; his wife Nancy; his siblings, William Komenda of New Hampshire and Elizabeth Geib of Maine; and his children, Jamie (Missy Komenda), Jodi (Keith Philcox), Kerry Komenda and Bill (Dorothy Komenda). He was also cherished by ten grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
