He is survived by: his mother Betty Samson Hall; his former wife Julie Treasure; his siblings, John Hall, Judy Lehmann, Bertha Carpenter and Ida Hall; and his sons, Ward Hall, III and Jonathon Hall. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren and several neices and nephews.
