It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Whaley of Oswego, New York, born in Schroeppel, New York, who passed away on December 4, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dominick Procopio and Ethel Vandewater Procopio; her husband Lyle Whaley; and her sisters, Helen Stoughtenger and Shirley McCarthy.

She is survived by: her daughter Diane Folk (John); her grandchildren, Stephanie Milles (Jeff), Nathan Breezee, Katherine Breezee and Isabella Folk; her great grandchildren, Tristian Breezee, Asher Milles and Matheson Milles; and her close friend Lilly.
