She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hogan and Frances Hogan; and her son Mark Kelly Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Ralph Legates, Jr. of Oswego; her children, Jennifer Kelly of Oswego, Jennelle Legates of Oswego and James Kelly of West Virginia; and her brothers, Richard Hogan of Fulton and William Hogan III of Oswego. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
