He was predeceased by: his parents, Eleanor Martin and Samuel Martin. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his children, Victor Martin Jr. (Bridget) of Virginia, Shoshana Martin (Aundra Johnson) of Syracuse, Tysha Martin (Bill Barney) of Syracuse and Chloe Martin (Cam Jonas) of Florida; and his grandchildren, Anthony Martin, Abigail Martin, Charlotte Martin and Violet Martin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to either the American Heart Association or to the Humane Society of Oswego County.
