It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Todd E. Gates of Oswego, New York, born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on October 13, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Tiffany Heisler; and his grandparents, Martin Race, Carroll and Irene Gates. He is survived by: his parents, Helen Colby (James) of Oswego and Leslie Gates (Betty); his children, Megan Stocker (Willis Kindred), Ashley Heisler, Hannah Mienke (Edward) and Jasmine Heywood of Fulton; his stepson Jacob Weigand of Oswego; his sisters, Tammy Gates, Trisha Wilder (Ted) of Palermo and Sarah Colby (Joe Rivera) of Oswego; his grandmother Helen Race of Hannibal; and his grandchildren, Kaylee Stocker, Kyle Stocker, Karmela Stocker, Dwayne Kindred, Priscilla Kindred, Jason Williams Jr., Ian Williams, Evelyn Ann Heisler and Katalina Meinke.
Donations may be made in Todd's name to the Friends of Oswego County Hospice.
