He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joan Lavey (Paul) of Oswego and Robert Barker; his wife Michele "Shelley" Spath Barker of Oswego; his children, Timothy Barker of Oswego, Ryan Barker of Liverpool and Renee Barker (Fred Matteson) of Arizona; his grandson Timothy Barker III (Montana Myhill) of Oswego; his great grandchild Ava Barker of Oswego; his siblings, Robert Barker (Joanne) of Oswego, Richard Barker (Tammy) of North Carolina, Eric Barker of Oswego and Kathleen Lavey of Oswego; his close friend Donald Nalle of Oswego; his pet Barney; and his sister Diane Kimball. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
