He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles T. Sivers and Mildred A. Sivers; his son-in-law Peter Thomas; and his nephew Aaron Farrell. He is survived by: his wife Patricia (Sheehan); his children, Patti Sivers Thomas (Steve) and Theodore Sivers Jr. (T. C.); his grandchildren, Jacob Sivers (Dallas) and Nicole Harmon (Jordan); his sisters, Netty Shigley, Ellie Smith (Greg) and Jeanne Farrell (Scot); and his cousin Valerie Morse. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Oswego County Opportunities (OCO) or Faith United Church in loving memory of Ted.
