He was predeceased by: his parents, Junior Burnett and Dorothy Burnett (Shatraw). He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Beth" Burnett of Oswego; his children, Terry J. Burnett II of Oswego and Sarah Burnett of Maine; his grandchildren, Terry Burnett III, Jacob Thomas and Angelina Thomas; his siblings, Jerry Burnett (Laura) of Oswego, David Burnett (Sharon), Randy Burnett of Oswego, Bill Burnett (Patti) of Oswego and Tammy Ferguson (Jay) of Oswego; and his brothers-in-law, David Ballard (Wendy), William Ballard of Missouri and Tom Ballard (Chris) of Oswego. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
