Clemons of Oswego, New York, born in Watertown, New York, who passed away on September 15, 2021, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her close friend David Bartholomew; her children, Jennifer Clemons (Bradley Livingston) of Loris, SC, Caitlin Capitulik (Robert) of Oswego and Matthew Clemons (Brianna Bachelor) of Oswego; her sisters, Teresa Armstrong (Douglas) of Duluth, GA and Tina Clemons of Lawrenceville, GA; her stepdaughters, Jessica Garcia of Horsham, PA and Sarah Bartholomew of Oswego; her grandchildren, Mariah, Lily, Gabby, Keagen, Carson, Cruz and Chloe; and her pet Ellie.
