She was predeceased by: her parents, Royce Balch and Helena Balch (Farmer); her husband Kenneth Germain; and her brother Morgan Balch. She is survived by: her children, Ginger Skinner (Bud) of Oswego, Jennifer Tombolillo (Mark) of Oswego and Jeff Germain (Linda McConnell) of Syracuse; and her grandchildren, Seth Skinner, Sean Skinner, Christian Tombolillo (Carissa) and Kenneth Tombolillo.
