In the sacred silence of farewell, Shirley is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Ashmiller and Sylvia Ashmiller (Elkin); and her husband Charles Spicer. She is survived by: her children, Pam Baldwin, Charles Spicer Jr. of Oswego, Theresa Spicer and Holly Spicer of Fulton, NY; and her sisters, Marion, Sandra and Irene. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
