She is survived by: her children, Tammy Elkin of Fulton, Tracey Elkin of Oswego, Terrey Hallinan (Gary) of Oswego, Francis Elkin Jr. (Christine) of Oswego, Holly LaMond of Oswego and Shane Elkin of Grand Island; and her sister Mary Lou Fisher of Fulton. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
