He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore Battista and Anna Battista (DeSantis); his wife Anna Trenca; and his daughter Gina Marie. He is survived by: his children, Ann Marie Ellis (Joe) and Jean Battista; and his grandson Cody Michael Battista (Estrella).
