We are sad to announce that on June 9, 2023, at the age of 87, Ruth E. Germain of Oswego, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hill and Marguerite Hill (Woolson); her siblings, Lloyd Hill, Jesse Hill, John Norville Hill and Nora VanHorn; and her grandson Ronald "Bonz" Patterson.
She is survived by: her husband James Germain; her children, Michael Germain (Elizabeth) of Oswego, Timothy Germain (Abby) of Palm Harbor, Julia Demm (Dan) of Oswego and Linda Jeanne Germain of Oswego; and her grandchildren, Kristina DeStevens, Tracie Germain, Michael Germain Jr., Jeffrey Germain, Madeline Germain and Nicole Patterson. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.
