We are sad to announce that on November 18, 2024, at the age of 78, Rose M. Stoe of Oswego, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Rose leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her father George Kreisher; her husband Fred Stoe; and her brother James Kreisher. She is survived by: her mother Dorothy Kreisher; her sons, Christopher Swatkowski (Stephine), John Swatkowski, George Swatkowski and Edward Swatkowski; and her siblings, George, Donald, Marvin and Alberta. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
