He is survived by: his children, Danielle Sharkey (Ali) of East Rochester, Matthew Sharkey (Aleta) of Fulton and Samantha Sharkey of Potsdam; his siblings, Cherie Danzer (Craig) of Oswego, William Sharkey (Janet) of Oswego, Dale Sharkey (Colleen) of Oswego, Patti Sharkey of Oswego and Lori Carpentier of Oswego; the mother of his children Tammy Sharkey (Gregory); and his close friend Brenda Slate. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren.
