He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ketcham and Marietta Ketcham (Guernsey); and his daughter Diana M. Powell. He is survived by: his wife Vonda Ketcham (Redinger); his son Richard V. Ketcham (Sunshine); his grandchildren, Josh R. (Taylor), Christopher M., Franklin D., Jadon E., Rachel N. and Samara; and his siblings, Donald, Ronald, Gary Ketcham, Jean Anderson, Beverly Roach and Diane Romano. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Port City Faith Assembly of God Church (436 W 5th St, Oswego, NY 13126).
